Experience
Two-Three years experience in similar position, chocolate prepare background, High volume banqueting experience, Knowledge of chocolate ingredient, chocolate receipt and Pastry preparations, good leadership and communication skills, Sanitation and hygiene certified, Fluent in English required
QUALIFICATION
Technical Qualification in Food Management up to Diploma or Graduation.
